Recording Details:
Amplitube Metal is used on all guitar tracks except for the clean intro. The intro was just recorded directly with no plugins at all. The Cabinet Simulator in Amplitube Metal is always bypassed. The guitars you hear at 2:30 are using all the same settings except the gain is turned down a lot.
I used several guitar tracks for this recording but there are two main tracks. One is panned 100% to the left using LePou LeCab for a cab sim with GuitarHack JJ FRED45-HALF for the impulse response. The other (the one I’m playing in the video) is panned 100% to the right using keFIR for a cab sim with GuitarHack JJ FRED45 0 for the impulse response.
Other guitar tracks were used in different parts of the song mostly where you hear 3 guitars playing at once. Those are all using LePou LeCab for a cab sim with GuitarHack JJ FRED45 0 for
the impulse response.
If you’re wondering why I used different amp sims and impulse responses it’s because this was my first time using them and I was playing around with a lot of different sounds and this mixture
came out sounding the best to me at the time.
